The Distiller's Squarrel is designed for spirits. This Squarrel includes American Oak staves in a medium plus toast. And with a sample valve attachment you can pour samples or barreled cocktails directly from the Squarrel.
The Squarrel concept is based on a reusable square frame that allows for each stave to be inserted separately. The Distiller's Squarrel is pre-designed for you, but moving forward you can build your own barrel from a large variety of staves (choose from multiple wood species, cross-cut or flat wood, 4 toast levels and 4 char levels). Replacement staves are delivered in shoebox-like shipments, greatly reducing transit costs.
